What's the difference between Single Access and Total Access?

Single Access licenses one LeaderFactor solution per learner — ideal for organizations focused on a specific leadership skill. Total Access licenses the full LeaderFactor solutions catalog, including every solution available today and any released during the term. If your program spans more than one solution, or you want the flexibility to expand without renegotiating, Total Access is the more efficient path.
What's included in an Access Pass?

Every Access Pass — Single or Total — includes a validated assessment, on-demand solution content, practical application tools, a digital workbook, standard cohort and learner reporting, and 12 months of platform access from activation. Total Access includes these features across all Signature Series™ solutions rather than just one.
How do I decide which plan is right for my organization?

Can we upgrade from Single to Total Access mid-term?

Yes. Unused value from an existing Single Access license is credited toward a Total Access upgrade. Contact your sales representative to discuss the upgrade path and timing.
Can our internal facilitators deliver the workshops?

Yes. Live workshop delivery rights for internal facilitators require a Certified Facilitator License, available as a separate annual add-on. LeaderFactor's expert facilitators and certified partners can also deliver workshops on your behalf through a Workshop Add-On.
Do Access Passes include aggregate reporting or enterprise integrations?

Standard cohort and learner reporting is included with every pass. Aggregate reporting across your learner population — skill health dashboards, pre/post behavioral change data — is available through LeaderFactor Insights™. Enterprise features like SSO, LMS integration, and a dedicated Customer Success Manager are available through LeaderFactor Connect™. Both are Platform Add-Ons.
How long does each learner have access?

Every learner receives 12 months of platform access from the date their license is activated. All licenses must be assigned to a named user within 12 months of contract signature.
