What does the Total Access Pass include?

An annual, per-learner license that includes all current and future LeaderFactor solutions, skill-specific validated assessments (individual and multi-rater options included), on-demand solution content and participant materials, a full suite of application tools — AI-guided action planning, behavioral reinforcement, and reporting — and standard learner and cohort reporting. Live workshop delivery is not included; see Workshop Add-Ons.
How is Total Access different from Single Access?

Single Access gives your organization access to one LeaderFactor solutions. Total Access includes the entire catalog — current and future. If your organization plans to deploy more than one skill, or wants the flexibility to add skills without renegotiating, Total Access is the more efficient path.
Are new skills included when they launch?

Yes. Any new LeaderFactor solution added to the catalog during an active Total Access term is included at no additional cost.
Can our internal facilitators deliver the workshops?

Yes. Workshop delivery rights for internal facilitators require a Certified Facilitator License, available as a separate annual add-on. Alternatively, LeaderFactor’s own expert facilitators and certified partners can deliver workshops on your behalf.
Does the Total Access Pass include aggregate reporting?

No. The Access Pass includes individual and cohort-level reporting per learner. Aggregate reporting across solution assessment data — organizational dashboards, skill health trends, pre/post behavioral change — is available through LeaderFactor Insights™, a separate Platform Add-On.
Is enterprise integration (SSO, LMS) included?

No. Enterprise enablement — SSO + API integration, LMS/LXP compatibility, a dedicated Customer Success Manager, and under-24-hour SLA — is available through LeaderFactor Connect™, a separate Platform Add-On.
How long does each learner have access?

Each learner receives 12 months of platform access from activation. All licenses must be assigned to a named user within 12 months of contract signature.
