Marketing Coordinator

About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and organized Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of high-impact marketing campaigns that drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation. This role is perfect for someone early in their marketing career who is eager to learn, loves juggling details, and enjoys collaborating across teams to bring ideas to life.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across email, social, paid media, and content channels.
- Maintain marketing calendars and ensure timely delivery of assets and campaign milestones.
- Coordinate with designers and stakeholders to gather inputs and approvals.
- Help draft and format marketing emails, landing pages, and social media posts.
- Track campaign performance and assist in compiling reports and dashboards.
- Manage and update website content (using CMS tools like Webflow, WordPress, etc.).
- Support event logistics (virtual)
- Organize and manage shared marketing assets, templates, and brand materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a marketing role, internship, or agency environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in basic design and marketing tools such as HubSpot, Figma, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content best practices.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a problem-solving mindset.
Nice to Have
- Experience with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
- Understanding of SEO, email automation, or paid ad platforms.
- Light design or video editing skills.
- Prior experience in B2B, SaaS, or learning & development industries.
