Job Summary

LeaderFactor is seeking a dynamic and consultative Client Partner to join our growing commercial team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and expanding client relationships, driving new business opportunities, and guiding organizations through transformative leadership and cultural initiatives. As a Client Partner, you will manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close—and act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across industries.

You’ll partner with clients to understand their people strategy, align solutions to their unique objectives, and ensure long-term value creation. This role is essential to LeaderFactor’s mission of influencing the world for good at scale and requires both consultative selling expertise and the ability to develop deep, strategic relationships.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles with executive stakeholders.
  • Experience in consultative, mid-market or enterprise sales.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding quota.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to close, including inbound lead follow-up, outbound prospecting, discovery, and consultative solution design.
  • Field inbound, marketing-generated leads and develop them into long-term partnerships.
  • Self-source opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building.
  • Consult with senior leaders to develop and implement strategies that drive cultural transformation and leadership development.
  • Expand existing accounts by identifying opportunities for growth and renewal.
  • Collaborate with product and delivery teams to align client needs with LeaderFactor’s offerings.
  • Demonstrate integrity, transparency, and collaboration in all client interactions.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Nice to Have

  • 3+ years of consultative sales experience, ideally in leadership development, HR technology, or professional services.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Familiarity with leadership, culture, or talent development frameworks.
