Change Management · EPIC Change and Transformation™

Either you choose change, or change chooses you.

Most change dies in the layers you can’t see — behavior and culture. The EPIC model gives leaders the sequence: evaluate honestly, prepare the coalition, implement for early wins, consolidate so it doesn’t snap back.

Evaluate

Before we launch a change, we face reality — an honest case, including the cost of doing nothing.

Prepare

We build the plan, the message, and a named coalition before we announce anything.

Implement

Our changes keep momentum through the messy middle — visible wins, not just kickoff energy.

Consolidate

When the urgency fades, the change holds — it lives in systems and habits, not memos.

The framework

Four phases, four milestones.

Walk into your next change with a finished plan, a coalition, and the failure modes already mapped. The model is the diagnosis, the curriculum, and the shared language.

1

Evaluate

Look unflinchingly at reality — the competitive landscape, internal performance, and the real cost of doing nothing.

2

Prepare

Build the plan, the message, and the coalition before you launch — so the change starts on solid ground.

3

Implement

Execute through the span of uncertainty, capture momentum, and steer clear of the predictable landmines.

4

Consolidate

Embed the change in systems, behaviors, and culture so it holds after the urgency fades.

1

The change-ready leader

Take the EPICindex™ baseline and score your change-leader credibility across character, competence, commitment, care, and capacity — then name where most change efforts quietly fail.

2

Evaluate: face reality

Build the case for change with the do-nothing scenario grid and the disruption profile, so the case is rational, honest, and earns approval to move.

3

Prepare: plan, message, coalition

Draft the preparation playbook, craft a change-message stack that educates and motivates, and name a coalition with real ownership before you launch.

4

Implement: cross the span of uncertainty

Run the first 90 days with a milestone plan that delivers visible early wins, captures momentum, and steers clear of the predictable landmines.

5

Consolidate: make it hold

Embed the change across systems, behaviors, and culture, then commit to the next steps so it sticks after the urgency fades.

The learner journey

From false starts to embedded change.

The course isn’t content — it’s a sequence. Each stage does something the next one depends on.

Day 0

Assess

See it before you change it.

Development starts from the truth, not a hunch. Every learner baselines with EPICindex™ — where they’re strong, where they’re stuck — so the course lands on a real gap instead of a generic lesson.

Half-day

Learn

Learn it against your own results.

Lessons tie the framework to the learner’s own scores, and built-in reflection does the encoding — people remember what they connect to their own team, not what they’re told.

Days 1–90

Commit

Turn insight into behavior.

Knowing doesn’t change behavior — practice does. Learners leave with “when X, I will Y” commitments and a weekly consistency check-in, thirty days at a time, until it’s habit.

Anytime

Toolkit

Keep the skill in the flow of work.

The Learner Toolkit turns the framework into a tool learners reuse on real initiatives — interactive and repeatable, so the skill compounds after the course instead of fading.

FAQ

Change management training, answered.

What is a change management course?

A change management course teaches leaders a repeatable method for taking an organization through change — building the case, preparing the plan and coalition, implementing through the uncertain middle, and consolidating so the change holds. EPIC covers that arc in four phases — Evaluate, Prepare, Implement, Consolidate — with the EPICindex™ measuring change-leader credibility before and after.

What is change leadership training?

Where change management training focuses on the plan and the process, change leadership training focuses on the leader — the credibility, communication, and coalition-building that determine whether people actually follow. EPIC treats them as one discipline. Leaders score their credibility across character, competence, commitment, care, and capacity, then build the plan and the coalition with those gaps in view.

How long does change management training take?

The EPIC cohort runs six weeks — a baseline assessment, sessions across the four phases, and application to a live change your leaders are running. The habits are built in the 90 days after — milestone plans, visible early wins, and an EPICindex™ re-measure to see what moved. Formats flex from live-virtual to on-demand to in-person.

How is this different from a change-management workshop or a consultancy we could hire?

A consultant runs the change for you and leaves. EPIC Change and Transformation™ is a system, not an event — a proprietary EPIC framework, the EPICindex™ to measure change-leader credibility, and a focus on behavior over slides. Your leaders build the capability, so they can lead the next change without us.

Will it actually stick?

Stick is built in, not assumed. Leaders take the EPICindex™ before and after, apply each phase to a live initiative in their own workflow, and you re-measure the same gauges afterward to see the shift. There are no invented ROI figures — the measurement mechanism is the baseline and re-measure, on your own people.

How does it scale, and how does it fit our admin and reporting?

It runs live-virtual, on-demand, or in-person to fit your rollout. Assessments and progress live on leaderfactor.app, with org-level reporting so administrators can track cohorts and the EPICindex™ shift across teams.
