No. The Access Pass includes individual and cohort-level reporting for each learner. Insights provides aggregate reporting across skill assessment data for the organization and is a separate Platform Add-On.
Can I see data across multiple skills?
Yes. Insights works across all skills, so organizations running more than one skill can view aggregate data in a single place rather than managing separate reports.
Does Insights replace the need for Connect?
No. Insights provides aggregate reporting across assessment data. LeaderFactor™ Connect provides enterprise enablement — SSO, LMS integration, a dedicated CSM, and an SLA. They serve different needs and can be purchased together or independently.
