Rebecca Hefter

Rebecca Hefter is a partner with LeaderFactor and is based in New York City.

Rebecca focuses on improving organizational and individual effectiveness through improved communication. She offers consultations, facilitation, and executive coaching in the areas of leadership, presentation skills, working with the media, facilitating the adult learner, team building and instructional design. Rebecca has extensive experience consulting with senior leaders in large, global organizations, and has privately coached many executives in Fortune 500 organizations, including Pfizer, AtraZeneca, HP, Apple, Boeing, KPMG, Deloitte, Fidelity, Kraft, State Farm, and all of the major global cosmetics companies.

Rebecca was previously the Senior Vice President for Product Development and Facilitation Services for Novations Group, now part of Korn/Ferry International. In this senior executive role, she was responsible for developing and executing the traditional classroom and eLearning strategy for the company as well as leading a team of over 100 international facilitators customizing and delivering training.

Rebecca has been on faculty in the Communications departments of two universities teaching courses in organizational communication, interpersonal communication, group dynamics, and speech.

Rebecca holds a bachelor’s and two master’s degrees in Communications focusing on communication theory and public relations from Louisiana State University and the University of Louisiana, Monroe.
