Position Overview:

We are on the hunt for a skilled Part-Time Video Production and Editing Specialist to join our creative team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about video storytelling, podcast production, and YouTube content creation. Working part-time with a requirement to be on-site during the recoding of our podcast (2-4 times/month) and in the office one day per week (Friday), you'll have the opportunity to shape the visual voice of our brand and engage our audience through compelling video content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • LeaderFactor Podcast Editing: Apply your editing magic to our podcast episodes, ensuring clear sound, engaging pacing, and alignment with our brand's message.
  • Podcast Shorts Editor: Create captivating short videos from our podcast episodes for social media platforms to increase our reach and engage a wider audience.
  • YouTube Channel Management: Take charge of our YouTube channel, from content planning and uploading to optimizing for viewer engagement and growth.
  • Video Intros and Outros: Design and edit memorable intros and outros for our video content that capture the essence of our brand and encourage viewer retention.
  • Show Production Assistance: Support the production of our shows by assisting with planning, shooting, and post-production tasks, ensuring a smooth and efficient production flow.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with Blackmagic cameras, demonstrating an understanding of their features and capabilities for high-quality video production. Including the ATEM Mini Pro ISO.
  • Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve for video editing, color correction, and sound design, ensuring polished and professional final products.
  • Familiarity with Figma and Notion, leveraging these tools for collaborative planning and design in video production.
  • Familiarity with YouTube Page Management, including knowledge of SEO best practices, analytics interpretation, and audience engagement strategies.
  • A portfolio demonstrating your ability to create engaging videos and shorts, showcasing your storytelling, editing, and production skills.
