Do you actually measure results?

Every skill includes a validated index, taken before and re-taken after, so you can show the delta in behavior — by team and by dimension — not satisfaction scores or completion rates. Reporting aggregates at the team and org level.

Can we deploy it across the whole organization?

Yes. Platform delivery keeps the experience consistent, SSO/LMS and admin reporting support IT and L&D, and you can certify your own internal facilitators — so you scale without depending on us being in the room.
