Workshop add-ons

LeaderFactor Delivery™.

Every delivery mode runs on the same validated frameworks, assessments, and application tools. The difference is who facilitates, and at what scale.

  • On-demand Self-paced platform learning.
  • LeaderFactor Facilitation Expert-led workshops by LeaderFactor facilitators.
  • Certified Facilitation Your own people trained and certified to deliver.
  • Blended Combinations for any scale.
From self-paced to enterprise-scale

One system. Many ways to deliver it.

Self-paced on the platform, expert-led by LeaderFactor, or delivered by your own certified facilitators — start with one mode and expand as the program grows. All three run on the same content, assessments, and tools.

How delivery works

Three paths to the same outcome.

01
On-demand

From day one, on the platform.

The LeaderFactor platform gives every Access Pass holder on-demand access to skill content, skill-specific assessments, and application tools from day one. Leaders complete the assessment, work through the framework, and build an action plan at their own pace — with full reporting available to L&D administrators. On-demand learning is a complete individual development experience, and the natural foundation for any facilitated program that follows.

02
Expert facilitation

LeaderFactor in the room.

For live workshop delivery, LeaderFactor provides expert facilitation across three levels — the Founder (Dr. Timothy R. Clark), Senior Partners, and Certified Partners — each bringing deep experience delivering these frameworks to leadership teams. Every engagement includes facilitator prep and a pre-session briefing. Expert facilitation is most commonly used for senior leadership cohorts, program launches, and high-stakes sessions where delivery quality and credibility are the priority.

03
Internal certification

Your people, certified to deliver.

Certified Facilitator licenses authorize your own people to deliver LeaderFactor skills — at any scale, without ongoing external dependency. Single-Skill licenses cover one skill; Full-Catalog licenses cover all of them. Each annual license includes delivery rights, updated materials, new scenarios, QA standards, and facilitator community access. Certification is how large organizations move from a pilot to enterprise-wide deployment.

Most enterprise deployments use all three modes together — on-demand for broad access, certified facilitators for scale, and LeaderFactor experts for the sessions where it matters most.

Built to work together

The modes are designed to work together. A common pattern: certified internal facilitators handle the broad rollout, the platform supports pre-work and reinforcement between sessions, and a LeaderFactor expert facilitates the launch session to set the standard. Organizations can start with one mode and expand as the program grows.

Frequently asked questions

The details, answered.

Do I need a separate license for each delivery mode?

The Access Pass covers on-demand platform learning. Live workshop delivery — whether by LeaderFactor facilitators or internal certified facilitators — requires a Workshop Add-On. Certified Facilitator licenses are annual and include delivery rights plus ongoing enablement.

What is the difference between a Single-Skill and Full-Catalog Certified Facilitator license?

A Single-Skill Certified Facilitator license covers delivery of one skill. A Full-Catalog license covers all skills. If your organization plans to deliver more than one skill, or wants the flexibility to expand without renegotiating, Full-Catalog is the more efficient choice.

When does it make sense to use LeaderFactor expert facilitation instead of certified internal facilitators?

Expert facilitation is most effective for senior leadership cohorts, program launches, and high-stakes sessions where delivery credibility is critical. Many organizations use a LeaderFactor expert to open a program and certify internal facilitators to scale it from there.

What does the Certified Facilitator license include each year?

Each annual license includes workshop delivery rights, updated materials and new scenarios, platform delivery rights, facilitator-specific content, QA standards, and facilitator community access. Renewal maintains all of these — so delivery quality stays current as LeaderFactor skills evolve.

Can delivery modes be mixed within the same program?

Yes — and most enterprise deployments do. On-demand for pre-work and reinforcement, certified facilitators for the live rollout, and LeaderFactor expert facilitation for specific high-priority sessions all run on the same frameworks and content.

Are virtual facilitation options available?

Yes. LeaderFactor expert facilitation is available both on-site and virtually, with regional virtual pricing for international participants. Certified internal facilitators can also deliver virtually using the same platform delivery rights included in their license.

How do I get started with certification?

Contact your Customer Success Manager or sales representative. They can walk you through enrollment, timelines, and the right license tier based on the number of facilitators and skills you plan to deploy.
