The companies you recognize. The behavior change you’ve been trying to get.
We won’t call it training unless we can prove it worked. Every engagement — standard or custom — is measured on a validated instrument, so it’s a number you can stand behind, not a feeling.

Over the past four years, I’ve had the privilege of leading the design, implementation, and sustainment of The 4 Stages of Psychological Safety across a global organization. What began as a single program introduction evolved into a movement—reaching over 5,000 leaders across more than 10 sites worldwide. Each region brought its own cultural context and energy, and watching leaders internalize and apply these concepts in ways that were authentic to their teams has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. The depth of adoption speaks for itself—this isn’t a program leaders attended and forgot. It’s a framework they carry into how they lead every day.
As a leadership development practitioner, I’ve seen firsthand how The 4 Stages of Psychological Safety provides leaders with a clear, actionable path to build trust and unlock team performance. It equips them to create environments where individuals feel included, safe to learn, empowered to contribute, and confident to challenge the status quo. The result is stronger leadership capability, deeper team engagement, and a meaningful shift in how collaboration and innovation show up across teams.
Working with Dr. Clark and the LeaderFactor team turned a complex global rollout into a deeply collaborative journey. Scaling this work to more than 5,000 leaders worldwide came with real complexity, yet at every stage, the LeaderFactor team listened closely, partnered thoughtfully, and remained committed to our shared success. Working alongside Dr. Clark was a masterclass in congruence—his humble leadership embodies the very inclusion, empowerment, and psychological safety his work calls others to create.
We won’t call it training unless we can prove it worked.
Whether it’s a standard course or a custom-build, every LeaderFactor engagement includes assessment, learning, application and proof. We baseline each team on a validated instrument, build the skill, put it into practice, then re-measure. That’s when “it worked” becomes a number you can stand behind, not a feeling.

What leaders say.
“Ensuring our teams feel safe and included will help to foster a culture by design where we can all thrive.”
Questions leaders ask first.
How do you measure results?
Every engagement baselines the team on a validated instrument — the PSindex®, EQindex®, or whichever index matches the skill — then re-measures on that same instrument around day 90. The delta between the two is the result. We won’t call it training unless we can put a number on what changed.
Why don’t the case studies name the client?
By choice. The outcomes on this page are cleared for sharing; most of the client names are not. So each study carries industry and size descriptors instead of a logo. Named endorsements appear only where a client has explicitly approved them — the quotes above and the logo wall at the top.
Can you tailor this to our organization?
Yes. Every result here came from either a standard course or a custom-built program shaped to a team’s context. If an off-the-shelf skill fits, we run it as-is; if it doesn’t, we design one around your situation.
How long before we see change?
The build happens over weeks, not months — a framework first, then a weekly action plan practiced inside intact teams. We re-measure around day 90, which is typically when the behavior change starts to show up on the instrument.
Does this only work for large enterprises?
No. The research base spans 834 organizations across industries, and the work runs at the intact-team level — so it scales down to a single team as cleanly as it scales across a global rollout.
How do we get started?
Two doors: see a course live at one of our events, or bring us your problem and we’ll design a custom course around it. Not sure which fits? Talk to our team — we’ll point you to the right one.
If culture change keeps stalling in your organization, start with the work itself.
