About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Marketing Director to collaborate with sales and drive business growth. This full-time role will focus on optimizing our marketing operations and strategies, with a strong emphasis on technical tools and integrations to enhance lead generation and conversion. The ideal candidate will be the vital link between our sales and marketing teams, ensuring seamless alignment and effectiveness in all marketing activities.

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Integrations: Oversee and improve marketing integrations across various platforms to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
  • Marketing Reporting and Dashboards: Develop and maintain comprehensive marketing dashboards and reports to track performance and inform strategic decisions.
  • Cold Outbound Automations: Implement and refine automations for cold outbound campaigns to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • LinkedIn Automations: Utilize LinkedIn automations to enhance outreach and engagement with potential leads.
  • List Building: Strategically build and segment lists to target specific audiences, enhancing personalized marketing efforts.
  • Segmentation: Apply advanced segmentation strategies to marketing campaigns to improve targeting and personalization.
  • Google Analytics Reporting and Dashboards: Leverage Google Analytics to create insightful reports and dashboards, providing detailed analysis on web traffic and user behavior.
  • Technical SEO: Oversee and enhance technical SEO efforts to improve organic search visibility and performance.
  • Website Management and Conversions: Take charge of the company website, focusing on optimizing design and functionality to boost visitor engagement and conversion rates.
  • Lead Routing: Ensure efficient and accurate routing of leads to the sales team, optimizing the lead management process to improve conversion rates.
  • Lead Qualification and Sales Handoff: Develop strategies to attract qualified leads and ensure a smooth and successful handoff to the sales team, aligning marketing efforts with sales objectives.
