Account Executive

About This Role

LeaderFactor is a fast-growth, boutique leadership training firm specializing in the assessment
and training of Psychological Safety.


We’re looking for an account executive to join our team full time to help build and develop our
inside sales function. You will be focused on matching prospects to the appropriate
LeaderFactor solution, deployable through our e-learning platform. This position will work
closely with the VP of Sales and has potential for long-term growth within the company.

Status: Full-time
Location: Fully Remote


Qualifications


● Proven ability to sell SAAS and/or tickets >$10k
● Extreme ownership mentality
● Preference for small teams & organizations
● Demonstrated interest in entrepreneurship
● Demonstrated learning mentality (books, e-learning, etc.)
● Demonstrated ability to work remotely with high drive and high autonomy
● Desire to work in an environment of high accountability and high autonomy

Responsibilities​

● Field inbound, marketing-generated mid-market leads and develop from first call to close
● Self-source leads from existing prospect list
● Educate prospects in LeaderFactor technology and guide them from initial pilot and
exploration to implementation
● Receive and act on frequent and targeted feedback, collaborate without being territorial,
and demonstrate impeccable integrity in all relationships
● Expand existing accounts
● Partner with the product team to enhance existing product line
