We’re looking for people who are talented, hard-working, and passionate about consulting with customers and stakeholders to develop a strategy to achieve culture transformation through The 4 Stages of Psychological Safety.   • Field inbound, marketing-generated mid-market leads and develop from the first call to close.
  • Self-source leads from existing and potential client lists.
  • Consult with potential clients to develop and implement their people strategy.
  • Receive and act on frequent and targeted feedback, collaborate without being territorial, and demonstrate impeccable integrity in all relationships.
  • Expand existing accounts.
  • Partner with the product team to enhance the existing product line.


  • Proven ability to sell SAAS and/or tickets >$30k.
  • Self-directed and aggressive learner.
  • Accountable and independent.
  • Organized, precise, and thorough.
  • Preference for a small team and growing organization.
  • Strong written and communication skills.
  • Technologically inclined.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of mid-market consultative sales experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
