What is Psychological Safety?

The 4 Stages Team Survey
Getting from A to B is difficult if you don’t know where you are.
Each individual will complete The 4 Stages of Psychological Safety Team Survey
Results will be aggregated for each intact team and made available inside The 4 Stages™ Online Platform.Validated Instrument used globally across 1000s of teams.
People Leader Action Planning Session
We now know where we are, let’s figure out where we want to go. The “Aim” module of The 4S Cultural Transformation focuses on managers. After all, teams don’t outperform their leaders. They reflect them.
90-minute action planning session for all people-leaders led by an LF partner
The 4 Stages Online Course
We know where we are. We know where we’re going. Now it’s time to execute. Each individual will receive an annual license to the 4S Online Course to work their way through 5 on-demand learning modules. Each individual will create a personal action plan and focus on 3 behaviors for each of the 4 Stages through a 120-day development period

Month 3: Contributor Safety
Month 4: Challenger Safety
Weekly Development Drip Feed
We’re in the thick of it. We reinforce the new behaviors through a weekly dripfeed during
the 4-month development cycle. Each individual will receive weekly emails helping guide
their development across The 4 Stages
Retest with 4 Stages Team Survey
Now’s the time to check progress. We re-assess using the same instrument to see how far we’ve come. Each individual will participate again in the 4S Team Survey Results will be aggregated and shared in an executive summary. That’s it! You’re now equipped with the tools to continue on the never-ending journey of creating and maintaining a culture of inclusion and innovation
