Corey is a consultant and project leader with LeaderFactor, working in both the transformation and performance improvement practices. He brings several years of experience primarily from the technology industry, having worked in client success, project management, and operations.


In addition to extensive project management experience, Corey brings deep expertise in process and systems design and implementation including scaling new process adoption throughout organizations. Prior to entering the consulting industry, Corey worked on the executive leadership team at DentalQore and helped guide the company through a rebranding, multi-department restructuring, and development of metrics to allow for remote staff visibility.
